5 weeks 3 days pregnant with bleeding

I know it’s super early I’m at 5 weeks 3 days according to glow. I have been having on and off mild cramps since finding out I was pregnant and been light headed. Yesterday I started getting a couple random jabs of pain in my pelvic area and my lower back aches. I woke up this morning and peed I kinda felt like maybe I was getting a UTI but then I wiped and there was blood. Not a lot but I feel like it was a little more than “spotting” about 2 hrs later I went again. Same thing. The first time it was kinda more watery this time it’s still seems a little more watery but a more concentrated darker color if that makes sense. I have an appointment in a few hours but im so nervous and scared it’s gonna be a miscarriage. I’ve never had one. My last pregnancy was a little rough but baby needed up great.

Does this sound like normal symptoms or could this be a miscarriage?
