Klonopin and erectile dysfunction?

So my husband has been on Klonopin for about 2 months now and we've noticed his sex drive disappear as well as him just not being able to get "fully erect"... I've looked into it and I've seen that as a side effect of the medication so he called his dr to let him know of the issue since it's really harming our marriage because he just doesn't feel connected with me anymore and the dr said that the Klonopin isn't the problem that there's probably another issue and now my husband thinks that it's our marriage and that he just isn't happy anymore... Ugh has anyone else had this issue?
