The difference with healthy eating and exercise
28 weeks with my third baby. Ate what I wanted and never exercised. 30 wks with my 4th baby. Eat healthy with some cheats of course and workout and more active. Also I drink a ton of water now than I did before. My third pregnancy by the time I gave birth at 39 +6 I had gained 28lbs. My fourth baby I’ve gained 20lbs so far and will be 31 wks on Saturday!
