Cramps
Hi everyone!
I’m new here.. I came off my contraception just before Christmas. I had a period from the 27th to the 31st. Last night in the middle of the night I had the worst period type cramps that were so bad they woke me up. I’ve had no bleeding, even today!
Today I’ve just felt a bit tender and back ache & a bit nauseous. Any ideas what this could be/mean?!
