Does anyone else's baby have "meh" days?

Or should I be worried and take her in? She was just at the pediatrician on monday for her shots so I don't know if it is the shots. She has only eaten about 11 oz of formula today and it is already 2 pm. She just wants to nap all day. Play time is just kind of boring to her and she just wants me to hold her. She doesn't have a temperature so that is good. She's just in a blah mood it seems!

Every once in a while she gets like this so I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not :/
