Anyone else find out they’re baby has lip and tongue tie lateeee

So I just found out my baby girl has lip tie and tongue tie and she has to remove it on top of that start speech pathology and oral function therapy and ofcourse that’s all $$$$ she’s 9 months and I just found out not her doctor so took her to her specialist and I was right mothers instincts always right just kicked in late . She snores breathe thru her mouth and she throw up all the time every meal and formula and she is always in pant can’t even touch her mouth even to put teething gel soo Ye here we go therapy sessions then her surgery then therapy sessions again my little girl has suffered in pain and it took 9 months to figure it out I’m so disappointed in my self and the medicinal healthcare who should have freaken noticed this at birth .. anyone else in my shoes
