My twins are almost two and a half. Two and a half years ago, I was under the impression that if you had a drink it was no biggie to still pump or nurse and feed the baby. If you were feeling drunk, however, I was under the impression that you should pump and dump for that next feed as to avoid giving baby any milk with alcohol in it. I didn’t actually drink and breastfeed last time (I had a weird postpartum aversion to alcohol) so I didn’t ever have to follow these rules.

WELL now I’m about due with my third baby girl and I’m ready for a drink or two once she’s here!! But I’m finding all this mixed information on what’s actually ok as far as drinking and breastfeeding goes. Who knows the REAL accurate information??? Or where can I find it???
