SnapBack fear???

I’m scared I won’t SnapBack after having my baby 😩 like I want my tummy FLATTTT. People keep telling me my body won’t be the same 😢

I noticed once I hit 9-12 months post baby, that’s when I lost the most weight. I was smaller than my pre baby size with both of my kids. I spend all of my teen years trying to be skinny who knew all I needed to do was get pregnant and breastfeed 😂

I had a little abdominal separation, it's important to do post-partum safe abdominal exercises a lot of common abdominal exercises can make separation worse. I used the FitSplint band post partum and the accompanying exercises initially (6 weeks with the band, it provides some abdominal compression and support, nothing extreme like the waist trainers).
You can ask for a referral to a women's health physical therapist too, to check your pelvic floor and for diastasis recti.
My stomach returned to flat pretty quickly. After a vaginal delivery with breastfeeding. 
My ribs took almost a year to return to pre-pregnancy size (my non stretchy fitted dresses wouldn't zip despite being at or below my pre-pregnancy weight).

I used every mother workouts to help get my an separation fixed and to get rid of the pooch. It is totally possible to get the flat tummy back but doing safe post party’s workouts and excersize is key. Every mother is specifically designed to fix an separation and pooch appearance and has a nutrition plan that goes with it. Things like carrying your baby and getting out of bed can make the separation worse if you don’t learn to stabilize your abs properly.
