EWCM but neg OPK?

I have a large amount of EWCM but my OPKs are still negative. Anyone else ever have this before a positive OPK? I thought they were getting darker up until today when it faded back. Taking my BBT and hoping my body temp will continue rising for my thermal shift, but I’ll have to wait and see.
