Prenatals for TTC?

Hey there! So my husband and I are TTC for our first, and was wondering what kind of prenatals or vitamins you recommend? 
I found this, but I’m not sure if anyone has used it or if there were any success stories with it?

If not, is there anything you recommend for my husband to take?

I would recommend something with folate since a large percentage of people have an MTHFR gene mutation they don’t know about, and can’t process folic acid. My favorite is Ritual pre natal. As for your husband I would do your own research. Fish oil to reduce inflammation as well as a probiotic to support gut health (therefore supporting hormone health) are always beneficial, even when not TTC.
