Bleeding from Progesterone suppositories?

I’m about 5 weeks and started progesterone On Monday because of reoccurring miscarriage and last night I saw a “dot” of blood when I wiped. Since then I’ve seen a dot like every other time I wipe and i have no idea if that’s normal or not. It wasn’t like normal spotting but almost as if I had a cut somewhere...Clinic didn’t seemed concerned but that doesn’t really make me feel better! Anyone else have light bleeding while taking progesterone?
