7 months old sleep issues

Is anyone else's 7 month old suddenly sleeping like a newborn again?

My girl has been sleeping for about 10 hours each night for about 3 months.

Now, out of nowhere, she wont sleep more than 2 hours at a time. And those longer stretches are during the day. At night it's closer to 45 minutes at a time.

She had a cold but is getting much better now. I am just lost.

I haven't slept much in the last several days and I think I'm losing my mind
