IUD Removal

As it says ladies, I got my IUD removed on January 7th and had sex on the 8th twice before I started spotting then it stopped then the next day after we had sex again I started spotting yet again then had maybe a period from the 9th to the 12th (never more than a quarter size on every pad all day long) and all the while we were still having sex even while bleeding (🤷🏻‍♀️) and on the 14th I spotted again but it was dark and only when I wiped like 3 times. Now (the 17th) I feel like my boobs really hurt and I had a lot of cramping yesterday (the 16th) and I’ve been nauseous the past 3 days. Also should note that I spotted with the IUD every 4 months or so (got it February 12, 2019). Bought cheapie tests cause I was hopeful and it was negative :( could I still be pregnant so soon after IUD removal and was the bleeding I had a period or just post removal bleeding?
