TMI C-section scar

Does this look infected at all? It's not painful except a bump on the right side of my scar (left side of photo) that seems to be having stitches poking it from the inside. It has yellow junk & some pink that comes off when I pat dry it & it smells like cheese. I blow dry it & pat dry after showering. My doctor knows all of this & says it's fine. However, To me it doesn't look fine. This is 3 weeks postpartum.
