Keto or weight watchers?

I’ve been doing keto for a week now and I’m feeling amazing, all my cravings are gone but I also heard good things about ww, I need to loose 60 pounds and I think it would me harder to maintain keto for that long. I did it in the past and loose 30 pounds. However I think it would be easier now because I already started.

My favorite part of keto is that reduces my cravings and I know nothing about weight watchers. Lol

So let me know if you do any of these diets, if you loose weight and how long did it took? And any other stuff I should know. I just had a baby and need to loose my baby weight ASAP.
