Hey ladies I was wondering if anybody could help me out.

I’ve been diagnosed with pcos for 6 years and I’ve learnt my general symptoms and symptoms to look out for.

The past few days I’ve had pain in one ovary in particular that becomes allot stronger when I pee. Other than when im using the toilet it feels like a normal cyst but I’ve noticed I’ve been needing to go to the toilet to pee allot more than usual.

I was wondering is this something anybody else has experienced? And is there anything I can do to help ease away pain ?
