I’ve recently noticed fordyce spots on my labia. I had an ingrown hair that caused me to thoroughly inspect down there and that’s when I noticed them. They don’t hurt or anything. And they really look like pictures I’ve seen of fordyce as opposed to warts or herpes or anything of that nature.

They’re harmless, right? Just something that visually looks different? Should I ask just to make sure or are they usually self-diagnosable? Is there anything I should do about them or just let them go?
