BFN until late period

I always see women getting their BFP within 8-12dpo, but how common is it to get BFNs up until period is late? I’m 14dpo, AF was due today and no show. I tested with FRER this AM and BFN. Please share if you didn’t strike a faint until AF was late and give me some hope 🤞🏼
