What were your early symptoms of pregnancy?

I tried using OPKs this month for the first time so roughly around the 14th was what Glow determined was my peak. I made a mistake and didn't really measure my CM to know if that is true and I'm not trying bbt as of yet.

My husband and I BD several times during my fertile window and the past few days I've had constant dull cramping, creamy wet CM, and mild lower back pain.

I can't test for about a week but I was wondering for those that have had successful pregnancies before, what were some of your first signs of early pregnancy?

I have never had this dull achy sort of cramping this early before my period is due. I've been pretty regular with my cycles lasting about 21-26 days.
