Does Glow Take Into Account Your Birth Control When Predicting Periods?

Jenna

Hi everyone!!

I have an IUD (got it in July when I had my endometriosis surgery) and ever since then my periods are not always regular. Had one in July and August, none in September, one in October and November, and haven't had one since. My doctor said it's pretty common that women fall into this every 2-3 month or no period cycle, and it's got such a low fail rate that I'm not REALLY worried about being pregnant, but I hate seeing the glow app telling me my period is "late" with that gray circle every day lol.

So my question is, if I have it selected in my settings that I have an IUD and experience very irregular periods with it, don't you think it would take that into consideration when saying I'm late on my period or I have this % chance of getting pregnant each day?

Thanks!
