How do I make myself a better person?
There are so many aspects of my personality I don’t like.
I’m too:
Intense
Selfish
Impatient
Uptight
Anxious
And,
I am a professional overthinker (to the point where it’s exhausting to myself and those around me).
The problem is that I don’t know how to change these aspects. I’ve been to therapy, tried meds, I’ve read books, listened to audio tapes, sought advice from others, focused on the positives, meditated, prayed, done yoga, focused on my breath, gone to the gym, you name it.
And here I am. Still unsatisfied with who I am.
How do I make myself a better person?
*And I have a toddler. I don’t want her picking up these traits but I know kids learn by example....
