So I've had my copper paraguard for almost two years now, and while I have had a few instances of spotting, I haven't had anything close to lasting as long as this one has. I'm on day 9 of continuous spotting. It's right in the middle of my cycle and much lighter so I know I'm not on my period. I'm a little freaked out though. Is it possible my IUD came out of place? I have been exercising more frequently since the new year, AND I've been under a lot more stress at work, and those are both reasons I've read that spotting can happen. If the spotting continues how long should I wait before going to the doctor?
