Preg q

I usually have a lot of cervical mucus the entire month. I noticed this month I was very dry after I ovulated. I started to see cm again on 9th and 10thday after ovulation. Been also experiencing

1. Crazy dreams

2. Sore nipples

4. Runny nose

5. Aerola enlarged

I feel like I may be pregnant since these symptoms are happening way before I get my period. Anyone have all the above and got preg?
