Really don’t know what’s happening ??

So here’s my cycle chart for this month

My periods are regular

I’ve done a test this morning with FMU but was negative 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ so really don’t know what’s going on

I do feel completely different this month which is a strange thing to say and I know with my last pregnancy it took normal than longer to pick up hcg for a pregnancy test

I had a very vivid dream the other day and my pregnancy test was a blazing positive and for some reason 16dpo was on the test

My symptoms are fatigue to the point where I slept all morning ,appetite increase ,fuller breast ,I noticed something strange the other day with my nipples where they seemed to be more erect 😂😂 , I had heartburn for about 4 days in a row ,going to the number 2 more frequently which is not like me at all and the odd twinges here and there keep thinking she’s about to show and nothing
