What do you do with baby all day?

I’m in that rut of feeling like I’m not doing enough. So what do you do throughout the day when you’re home alone with baby? How do you know that you’re doing enough? What’s your routine on most days? My kiddo is 6mo if that helps any.

My daughter is 3 weeks old almost and currently I sit on the couch all day topless feeding her.. not much else I can do lol

My daughter is three months & we usually have a routine of what we do, but recently it’s been messed up as she hasn’t been sleeping well through the night due to gas. But to give you an idea. We wake up, change diaper & clothes, wipe down her face & neck with warm wash clothes, brush her hair.. then she gets breastfed, while I’m breastfeeding her, I usually read a book to her or I get on YouTube to find sing alongs & I sing to her.. once she’s done eating & depending on if she’s tired or not, she either takes a nap or she gets to watch 15 minutes of a DVD called “My baby can read” it’s for 3months-a year. & what that dvd has on it is, different words, animals, colors, shapes. Most of the time after she watches that it’s nap time. After nap time we get on her playmate & do tummy time & play with toys & do some more sing alongs.. & basically keep doing those same things throughout the day. We do try spend about 10 minutes of every hour that’s she’s not napping doing either tummy time, trying to sit up(I make sure I have her sitting up against the couch or I have my hand holding her up. & we try rolling over.. this routine includes all diaper changes, feedings, & naps  of course☺️ some days we just hang out on the couch all day & nap & some days we do everything learning that we can.

Read books, play with different toys, sing and dance, go through numbers ABC's and body parts, talk back and forth, have her pet the dogs, work on sitting/standing/crawling, give a massage, have her watch me do things while I tell her what I'm doing, and work with her I'm her daily skills from the baby sparks app.

At this point, having a clean, fed baby is enough lol. I don't think you need to do anything special. You can play and sing and dance, do tummy time and whatever else you want to. You can cuddle the baby and do squats 😉 Everything is new to baby, so they are constantly learning without you having to do specific things. That's my experience anyway
