What can I use instead of Microsoft word?

Are there any good substitutes? I don't have the Microsoft programs on my laptop, but I need to type something up and print it. I could just use the notepad on my laptop, but I really need to be able to center the text and duplicate it so it prints multiple times on one page. I don't have those options on the notepad.

I have looked through the app store, but I'm not finding anything that will do what I need.
