Exercises for when your obese?
I'm nearly 200lbs and I need to lose weight but I need an exercise routine.
My knees are bad and Im known to get chest pain when I exert myself. I'm only 22, I use to be 120lbs back then and use to exercise I ton but lost myself after having my daughter and letting myself go.
Can't afford the gym so it has to be something I can do at home
So I need knee Friendly exercise routine, any ideas?
