Am I Pregnant? Please Comment

I know that this will be very long but please if you have the chance and time to read this, please help me out. I had sex in November. I am not on birth control and the condom slipped out when he came. I got my period when it was due but because it was lighter than usual I’m afraid it was only implantation bleeding. A week after the first day of my period I took 2 pregnancy tests that were both negative. My stress was reduced but I continued to wake up nauseous, my breasts were very tender, I experienced lower back pain, and I was peeing frequently. I’m only 17 so I was too scared to ask my mom to take me to the doctor. Dec. 31st i got my period again, but again it was a lighter period when usually my periods are very heavy, and like usual it lasted for about 7 days. But still, I continued to experience all of the symptoms I named above. So that same weekend, on January 11th, i took 2 pregnancy tests and they were negative again. But I still pee frequently, my breast hurt a lot, and when I press on my lower stomach, like right above my vagina on my left side, it feels very tender. My breasts have also gotten more veiny, and I know that’s an early pregnancy symptom. I also noticed that there has been an increase in my vaginal discharge, which is also an early pregnancy symptom. I’m not showing but I know that’s normal because it would be my first pregnancy and I’d be about 11 weeks so I know it’s too soon anyway. I don’t understand why the tests are negative whilst also experiencing all of these symptoms. I’m not sure if it’s my anxiety or what but I really need help.
