Hernia?
I am pretty sure my 15 month old has an epigastric hernia. Totally fine healthy baby, and then a switch flips and he screams in pain, absolutely nothing consoles him. I see a ~toonie size bump about 2 inches above the belly button. Any one have experience with hernias in toddlers? What testing do they do? How serious does it need to be before they do surgery? Is it considered urgent? We see the dr tomorrow 😃
