Spirituality and God?

Question

I’ve been raised to be Christian and I do believe in God but I also like spirituality like the law of attraction and meditation I feel weird about meditation I like it but I always feel bad like I’m driving myself away from God and I feel like it’s bad for me to be spiritual as a Christian I almost feel like what I’m doing is wrong because the church never talks about meditation just prayer but can I do both and still please God?

When the Bible mentions meditation, it often mentions obedience in the next breath. An example is the Book of Joshua: "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.."

God, meditation and spirituality all go hand in hand... the other would not exist without God. They issue is that we have been raised in a divided controlled society that tells us how and when to believe and that if we don't share beliefs the other person is wrong. At the end of the day Jesus and Buddha are besties and both ascended masters and is okay to believe in God and fallow Jesus and Buddha or whomever you connect with the most. if it makes you feel better meditation is another form of prayer and prayer is another form of meditation. And regardless of how religion may make us believe God is apart from is in reality God is in all of us not separated...

I’ve been to many Christians churches and groups that have talked about mediation. Praying is talking to God and mediation is listening. Look up listening prayer! Very similar to spiritual work.

As long as you are not worshipping any other God's or people. I'm the opposite I came from a worldly life and co vetted Christian 2 years ago and it was amazing I once thought I was super spiritual and the when I became Christian it was like graduating spiritual University lol. However God is after your heart... Overly religious thinking will suck the life out of you cause the enemy as we know will even use scripture against you. Know your heart. What are your trying to get out of it? Does it align with God. God says to seek thing that are good... In a world of only positives and negatives God is in the positive relms and the devil in the negative. So is the law of attraction correct... Yes but we must be very careful we can apply these things I to our life however seek wisdom of God ALWAYS that way you know what is t right even if it looks and sounds good.
I don't know if you are familiar with ELEVATION CHURCH they have an app and YouTube channel. Their pastor is so real, very annointed and down to earth. I would check him out !
