Constipated baby!

My little one just started solids about a week ago and since then she has been so constipated. I’ve been giving her puréed prunes daily but she’s still struggling to poop. I feel so bad for her. Yesterday she had blood in her stool from pushing so hard and then today her little bum was so swollen. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not but hoping it was just irritated from pushing and goes back to normal tomorrow. She’s in so much pain it makes me sad. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to help her. I’m not sure if there’s anything else other than prunes and lots of fluids which we’ve been trying for the past couple days.
