Sleeping Advice!!!

So my LO is 3 months old! We started using the crib and he has done well we start off by getting maybe 4-5 hours then a feeding then another 3-4 hours but for when he wakes up for the first feeding he takes me about an hour or more to get him back into the crib! Every-time I put him down he wakes up crying it’s on the 5th try he knocks out and will stay in there... when is he gonna sleep thru the night ??? Ahhh I just started back at work 2 days a week in NYC and the other two days from home so it’s hard bc I have to make a train so I’m up at like 3am getting ready to make sure I feed him before I bring him to the babysitter!!! Any advice ???
