Have had two miscarriages..pregnant again..worried another miscarriage

Just slightly worried...lower back pain and constant nausea along with when I wipe there is brown... normal at 6 or 7 weeks?

As I’m sure y’all know everything freaks you out. First time I’m having back pain this pregnancy and when I got back pain last time it got worse and worse until miscarriage...

I don’t have my first OB appt until Wednesday.

I know the pain could be from driving 10hrs to get my husband’s car and I know the brown can be from us having sex on Friday. It went away and now it is back.

I’m worried...I just want this baby to stick...
