Baby sleeping do i wake her up?

Hi everyone 
Not sure what to do 4 week old has been sleeping since 11pm...its now 3am and i have woken up by myself since my body clock os used to it. DD is still sound asleep. Do i wake her for a feed/change or should i let her sleep on until she wakes up herself?

Never wake a sleeping baby unless it's an emergency or unless the child's doctor had said to wake baby for feeding.

As long as she’s up to her birth weight and gaining well you can let her sleep.

I usually do diaper change and see if baby will want to eat, sometimes he does, sometimes he will fall back asleep. As long as your baby hasn't had feeding issues then I think it's fine to let her sleep

If breastfeeding I would either wake to feed or pump as your supply will start to tank. If not, then as long as baby is gaining well then they could probably sleep another hour

If she is gaining weight- sleep!! Definitely pump first if you’re nursing though.. my son slept his first 4 hr stretch two nights ago and my pump schedule was thrown off.... now I have mastitis and it’s terrible!

My daughters pediatrician said to let my baby sleeping as long as she needed or wanted. 
Like previous comments said if your daughters up to her weight she needs to be at. Let her baby sleep. 😴
