Hello ladies today I will start taking vitamins to help over all with my health and overall with trying to conceive but the question is I don’t know what to buy I’m thinking of starting off with either a multi vitamin or prenatal pill I would also like to know what additional vitamins should I take along with a multi or prenantal please help
