Ugh anyone?!

I woke up today with some intense cramping! Not enough to bring tears to my eyes but very uncomfortable. No blood or anything just crampy. I’m about 7 weeks has anyone else experienced this?!?!

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I was cramping like crazy until I went to my first ultrasound and the tech told me that she noticed I wasn’t drinking enough water. It shows in the ultrasound if you aren’t and she explained that lack of water causes heavy cramping. I was drinking 3 liters of water before, but stopped 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol it was getting hard to drink that much. 
The tech recommended drinking a gallon a day and I’ve been doing just that and no cramps!

YES!! It makes me nervous but I keep hearing it’s normal. Mine are intermittent but intense. Hope it goes away soon! Just our bodies changing is what I keep reminding myself. Making room for our sweet lil one!

Ugh Story of my life right now. Every night between 12 and 3am, cramping wakes me up and has me trapped in the bathroom for about 20 mins. The doc says everything is fine and normal, but as the kids say, ain’t nobody got time for that! Thankfully, between laughing at golden girls reruns to help me relax and increasing my water intake, things have been slowly getting better.

Ugh anyone?!
