Yes in morning and evening bottle, I put a little in her breastmilk to help her stay full longer.

I give her some mixed with half a pouch of some sort of fruit/yogurt baby food and that’s her breakfast

We do oatmeal for breakfast sometimes. Always with a fruit & yogurt.

No. It constipated my daughter so we only used one container of it.

No my little one never liked it and It was a pain to pump milk just to have it wasted.
