Midwife writing incorrect information in my notes...
So I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and I have had horrendous sickness the past few months, struggling to keep half of my meals down. During my last 2 midwife appointments I have told my midwife this however all she has written in the notes is “reports to be feeling well” which is definitely not how I’m feeling. No mention of sickness. Anyone else experienced this?
