Anyone else have one ankle and foot that's really swollen and the other that's only a bit swollen? Both my feet have been swollen for a bit now but not too bad. Today I noticed that my left one is alot worse than my right. My blood pressure is 132/77, it's been normal my whole pregnancy. Is it normal to just have 1 side that's more swollen than the other? I don't have any sweeping other than feet and ankles. I didn't have any swelling with my 2 previous pregnancies so I'm not sure when to be concerned with swelling since I know it's normal to have some.
