Pleaee help! How to potty train two year old boy

Okay so my son will be 3 in July and will be going to preschool the same month. I'm trying to potty train him but it's not going so well😬. I took the advice of just using underwear instead of using pull-ups, but he literally doesn't care that he's wet and pee is getting everywhere (and theres so much underwear to wash) 😭. I put him on the potty every 15 minutes but he doesnt get it. He just pees a few minutes after he gets off. I've tried taking his potty into the bathroom with me so he can pee at the same time, but nothing comes out. Can anyone offer me any advice? This is the second day btw. Thank you!
