Could I be pregnant?

My DH and I just had a baby 9 months ago. He was conceived via IVF as we were having trouble doing it on our own. On January first I finally got my period, I’ve been breastfeeding so my period had not showed since I got pregnant. My husband was traveling 3 days before what I thought would be my ovulation day so we BD before he left. I took an ovulation test three days later and it seemed positive. Tonight out of the blue I felt super sick and ended up puking A LOT. It has only been one week since my ovulation, is it too early for me to feel this way? Could I be pregnant or is this a stomach bug?
