Worried and tired of it

I've been spotting off and on for about 3 weeks . I can't see my primary care dr until November 1st . Haven't seen an obgyn. .. Haven't seen anyone. I've been worried and thought the spotting was done til today. And I'm sick of being worried. Imagine still having to wait til november 1st and thats just for the primary care dr. Then still wait to be referred to a obgyn. Should I just go to the hospital so they can do a thorough exam? I am now 9 weeks today.
