I just started my period today. I usually just experience cramps and sore breast but all day today my upper back was hurting also. It feels so painful that I couldn't move a certain way or even go to the gym. Usually during my periods I can still do regular activities but today I stayed in my house lying down in my bed. I don't understand why my upper back is also in pain. Is there an explanation for this?
