For as long as I've had my period, since 13, I always get sick for the first three days. It's gotten so bad my mom lets me miss school for the first day cause all I can do is cry. Quite frankly, I'm getting sick of my uterus punching itself for three days in a row. Not only this, but my flow is extremely heavy and I'm 99% sure I'll bleed out some day. Any tricks for not being so sick the first few days? I know I can't prevent the heavy flow, but I at least want to be in less pain. :(
