I have had my iud (Mirena) for about a week now and I have noticed that my sex drive and sex life has changed a lot. I also have noticed that I don’t really feel the same sensation during sex as I used to, it’s just not as enjoyable anymore, I don’t feel sex as much as I used to. One of my friends has mentioned the same thing happening to her. It’s almost like I lost feeling after the iud was placed. My boyfriend tells me that he feels like there is a wall and discomfort during Intercourse. If someone has experienced this or knows the problem please let me know.
