I have lost 9lbs in 22 days. I took my diet back to basics however made sure I included everything I needed to keep my body going and healthy. And I done interval cardio on the treadmill between 30/60 mins a day. I have noticed pros and cons with this routine I lost weight, felt more energetic, I slept well. However the only con I can say is my periods were irregular sometimes heavy and longer or spotting while I was supposed to be off. I am going to the doctors in regards to that so I can update you on that as I maybe doing something wrong however apart from that iv had amazing results.
