Prenatal Vitamins make me really sick
I am not sure I can do this anymore. The moment I put those pills in my mouth, my entire body changes. It's noon and I am scared to eat or take the vitamins. Foods don't go down. Terrible indigestion and heartburn, vomiting and stooling etc. What to do?
PS: I am 10w3d. I take Folic Acid, B Complex and Fesolate
