BMI for my birthing unit!
So at my local hospital, which had a midwife run birthing unit your BMI need to be between 25-28. My BMI is at 29 rn and I am currently loosing weight. Have been for the last three years, slowly and with some stops along the way because of holidays etc. The reason I want to go to my local is because I myself where born there, and I stayed at the birthibg unit while I had my exu last year and they where all sooo nice!
So this was me in may, during my exu:
I havent done much in the way of dieting, just eating less calories, doing abit more excercise and cutting sugar to only saturdays as a treat. And this is me now 21,3 kg lighter😊
Just goes to show that you do not have to completely give up everything you like to eat or sugars to become more healthy. Everything in moderation is my motto, and for me it has helped 😊
