LENGTHY POST. >>> I’ve been living with my roommate since Augusta, before we moved in together we were close friends. Every since the first month of rent was due there’s been problems with her paying bills. As in when rent was due in September she was didn’t have the money at the time, so I had to cover her portion of rent. She paid me back in october. Also in the month of october she tried to short me on her part of the light bill. I texted her about it and she sent what she owed. Then in November she gets a dog.. WORSE THING SHE COULD HAVE DONE. The dog is not trained and she doesn’t spend much time training the dog. In our apartment i’ve stepped in dog feces TWICE. So this is when she has the nerve to confront me. My boyfriend comes over during the month of december.. which included my birthday & christmas which we went out of town for. Once we came back we celebrated New Years at my house then his bday was Jan 4th so needles to say we spent PLENTY of time together. So i understood that when she said it.. then she began saying “I WANT HIM OUT MY HOUSE”. We got into a heated argument & That’s when i got upset because.. she doesn’t really pull her weight around the house, if anything i feel like i live with a leech, when she’s broke she comes to me EXPECTING me to do something about it & in the beginning I would help her from time to time but long down the line I just felt like i was being used. & On top of that.. she NEVER cleans up after herself, her room stinks and reeks the smell of dog and she’s just all around lazy. But back to the money situation around me she always claimed broke , but she would always go out and buy things .. NEVER OFFERED ME ANYTHING. So to bring us to where we are now.. she isn’t paying the rest of January’s bills.. What should i do now??
