Diaper bag for this age 👀

Looking for recommendations on a diaper bag. I’ve had a small diaper bag so far which worked great for a newborn, since everything they have is so small and I didn’t have to carry toys and snacks.

But now that my son is older, I find I don’t really take the diaper bag with us and instead have a grocery tote of toys and snacks with maybe a diaper tossed in. Clearly I need a new diaper bag.

Looking for a backpack preferably. I am also intimidated by the huge 20” bags that look more like luggage and would tip my stroller. Anyone have a diaper bag they really like and can fit a lot without being humorously oversized?
